At Aqua Sheets by Mediox, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund subject to the following terms:

Return & Refund Eligibility

• Returns and refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all return and refund requests.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products returned after the 3-day return period
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
